Virtual workshops

The emotional and psychological health of staff is essential during this crisis and we want to support you in finding your own strategies, tools and coping mechanisms to continue working in such difficult circumstances. The virtual workshops will be approximately 30 minutes of learning and discussions. 

This is a voluntary initiative set up by Dr Amrita Sen Mukherjee for the benefit of NHS staff & the NHS community.

 

Webinars are authored and presented by Dr Amrita Sen Mukherjee, Mrs Lauren Wild, Miss Lucy-Anna Kelly and Mrs Katie Crabtree. Dr Celine Vousden authored and presented the webinar on Insomnia and Stress.
